The Blue-cheek Apisto is the earliest form of the Rotpunkt recorded by the ASG. It is
listed as ASG20 and reported as coming in from Germany under the name A. weisei. I really
don't know exactly where the Blue-cheek form comes from. but is probably from either the
Rio Caquetá/Japurá of Colombia/Brazil or the upper Colombian Orinoco.
